We offer a limited warranty of 12-18 months covering all Mangosteen electric bicycles. We warrant that all components and parts are free from defects in materials, quality, and workmanship. If any such problems are found during the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts free of charge. The warranty automatically takes effect from the date you receive your electric bicycle (no registration required) and terminates immediately upon the expiration of the warranty period.
12 Month Warranty: accessories and spare parts: stem, handlebar, headset, brakes (excluding brake pads), bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, kickstand, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, frame, fork, motor, battery, throttle, LCD display, wiring harness, front light, rear light, and charger.

The 120 Nm hub motor of the Mangosteen Chopper M1P ensures smooth, powerful acceleration and a vibration-free ride—ideal for city traffic, cross-country rides, or uphill climbs. The drive unit is particularly low-maintenance and operates virtually silently.
On the rear wheel, a perforated, hydraulic disc brake supports the electronic engine brake for maximum safety and precise braking—even at higher speeds or on wet roads. Thanks to a maximum energy consumption of only 3 kWh, the drive system impresses with its high efficiency—for strong performance and optimized range in everyday use.

Yes! We offer international shipping to most European countries, including Germany, France, Spain, and other EU countries. Delivery times vary by region, so please contact our sales team (service@mangosteenscooter.com) for details. (Note: We currently cannot ship to Poland, Italy, or Sweden.)
Usually all European countries can be transported, 1-3 days to Germany, 5-7 days outside Germany, 7-10 days to remote areas
Yes, for safety reasons, we do not recommend that you lift the speed limit. If any accident occurs, it is your own responsibility.
