- Customizable Speed Options: Some Mangosteen ebikes feature adjustable speed limits (25 km/h for EU compliance), unlockable to 45 km/h, providing flexibility to meet various riding needs while adhering to regulations.

All E-bikes are dispatched directly from our EU local warehouses. Price includes VAT and shipping—there are no hidden customs duties or additional import taxes upon delivery. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
Currently, only the FT02EEC model comes with a COC certificate for vehicle registration; other models are still undergoing certification applications.
Our vehicles have compliance stickers affixed to their bodies; you can check the vehicle's specific specifications through these stickers.
Our shipping range is in all countries in the EU.
Ebike order usually takes 4-7 working days to arrive.
Accessories orders take 7-14 working days to be delivered
No customs duties are required. We ship from our warehouse in Germany. If your order amount is less than €159, you will need to pay shipping fees.
Regarding Value Added Tax (VAT): We generally do not recommend opening a VAT invoice. Prices on our website do not include VAT. We will provide the necessary invoices according to your requirements. Rest assured, registration and vehicle licensing do not require VAT invoices.If you insist on a 19%-23% VAT invoice, please contact us.
