📦 Production and Shipping Process

Here is the step-by-step process from order confirmation to final delivery:

1. Order Confirmation & Verification

• Upon receiving your order, we will contact you to confirm the recipient's information (shipping address, contact details, etc.).

2. Production

• Once the order details are fully confirmed, production of your product will begin.
• The estimated production time is 1–3 weeks.

3. Transportation & Shipping

• After production is complete, the product will be shipped via Sea Freight followed by last-mile delivery with carriers like UPS, FedEx, or Trucking services.
• In the event of customs issues, we may contact you to assist with clearance procedures.

4. Order Acceptance & Inspection

• Upon receipt of the product, please carefully inspect the package for any damage caused during transit.
• If necessary, we strongly recommend purchasing Seel shipping insurance!

We offer a limited warranty of 12-18 months covering all Mangosteen electric bicycles. We warrant that all components and parts are free from defects in materials, quality, and workmanship. If any such problems are found during the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts free of charge. The warranty automatically takes effect from the date you receive your electric bicycle (no registration required) and terminates immediately upon the expiration of the warranty period.

12 Month Warranty: accessories and spare parts: stem, handlebar, headset, brakes (excluding brake pads), bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, kickstand, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, frame, fork, motor, battery, throttle, LCD display, wiring harness, front light, rear light, and charger.
