We offer a limited warranty of 12-18 months covering all Mangosteen electric bicycles. We warrant that all components and parts are free from defects in materials, quality, and workmanship. If any such problems are found during the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts free of charge. The warranty automatically takes effect from the date you receive your electric bicycle (no registration required) and terminates immediately upon the expiration of the warranty period.
12 Month Warranty: accessories and spare parts: stem, handlebar, headset, brakes (excluding brake pads), bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, kickstand, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, frame, fork, motor, battery, throttle, LCD display, wiring harness, front light, rear light, and charger.

The FT02 Mini Ebike does not need to be registered. It has bicycle pedals and does not need to be registered like an electric motorcycle.
We support returns within 30 days of purchase. Of course, please keep the original carton packaging. If there are obvious signs of use, no full refund will be given.
