If any such problems are found during the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts free of charge. The warranty automatically takes effect from the date you receive your electric bicycle (no registration required) and terminates immediately upon the expiration of the warranty period.

No customs duties are required. We ship from our warehouse in Germany. If your order amount is less than €159, you will need to pay shipping fees.
To prolong the battery lifespan, we recommend storing the battery in a dry place at room temperature (15℃ - 25℃) and keeping the charge level around 50%–70% if unused for extended periods. The smart Battery Management System (BMS) also protects against overcharging and overheating.
