Front tyre (120/80-14):  28–30 PSI (light steering, good grip)
Rear tyre (215/40-13):  32–35 PSI (standard/with passenger);  28–30 PSI (smooth ride)

⚠️ Critical safety warning:  The rear tyre pressure must never fall below 28 PSI! This model features an ultra-low profile tyre and a built-in hub motor; under-inflation when traversing potholes can easily bend the rim and damage the motor. Furthermore, do not exceed the MAX PSI marked on the tyre sidewall.

Hello, when you ride for the first time, please ride in first gear and slowly twist the throttle to gradually adapt to the vehicle's start-up. Our M1P starts relatively quickly. If you ride in third gear and twist the throttle fully on your first ride, you may find it difficult to adjust and this could lead to safety issues. Please be aware of this.

Hello, this is because your vehicle is brand new from the factory, and the brake pads and brake discs will have a certain break-in period. After you ride for a while, the noise will decrease or disappear. If you find that the noise does not decrease after riding for a while, please contact us!

When the temperature drops below 20 degrees Celsius, the range will decrease. Hello, if you want to achieve the situation you mentioned, you need to replace your vehicle's controller with one that has a maximum speed of 45 km/h. After the speed limit is applied, the speed will only reach 25 km/h.

Hello, here are some tips to help maintain your battery’s performance and extend its service life:

1. Charge your battery at a suitable temperature. The ideal operating temperature for your battery is around 20°C (68°F). After riding, allow the battery to cool down or warm up to a suitable temperature before charging. Avoid charging the battery when it is excessively hot or cold.
2. Ride gently in cold weather. When starting your vehicle in winter, avoid demanding maximum power immediately. Accelerate gradually and allow the battery and motor to warm up through normal use before applying higher power. This helps reduce stress on both components.
3. Avoid prolonged high power consumption when climbing hills. Whenever possible, use a moderate level of power on steep inclines to help reduce the load on the motor and battery.

Remove the battery from the vehicle and store the M1P in a dry, sheltered location away from direct sunlight and rain. The seat is made with leather material, and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight or moisture may cause fading, cracking, aging, or other damage.

The battery should also be recharged periodically during long-term storage. Leaving the battery unused for an extended period without charging may cause excessive discharge and could damage the battery.

To help maintain the vehicle and battery in good condition, please check the battery level regularly and recharge it as needed during storage.

We offer a limited warranty of 12-18 months covering all Mangosteen electric bicycles. We warrant that all components and parts are free from defects in materials, quality, and workmanship. If any such problems are found during the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts free of charge. The warranty automatically takes effect from the date you receive your electric bicycle (no registration required) and terminates immediately upon the expiration of the warranty period.
